01Mobile + web app
A private world for two.
A couple’s app built from scratch: realtime chat with sent, delivered and read receipts, voice notes, a photo editor with filters and drawing, letters that arrive at midnight, duel games, a shared mixtape and push notifications that ring the right phone.

01Design
Who is this for, what do they already do about it, and what would make the switch worth making? Nothing gets drawn until that has an answer. A beautiful interface over the wrong idea is still the wrong idea, and it costs the most to find out last.
02Build
The schema first, then the parts I am least sure of, then everything that hangs off them. No mock data and no placeholder copy: every screen is wired to the real database from the first day, so there is never a week spent making the demo true.
03Ship
It goes out taking payments, sending mail, landing push on the right phone and reporting its errors somewhere I actually read. Launch is the day a thing starts being used, which is a long way past the day it starts working.
04Run
Every product on this page is still running, still being used and still being changed. I answer the support myself, which is how I find out what the next release is, and none of it gets handed to anybody.
03How I work
I'm Piniel Chitemere. I design and build software and businesses. The products on this page aren't mockups: they're live, with payments, realtime sync, push notifications and admin back offices, shipped and run by one person. When I'm not writing code, I'm building the Chitemere family of ventures around it.
One person, the whole product: the idea, the interface, the database, the deploy. Nothing gets handed off, so nothing gets lost in translation and nobody waits on anybody.
Everything here solves a need I can point at. A couple staying close across a distance. A farmer selling produce. Someone buying a phone without getting robbed.
Fast on slow connections, at home on small phones, correct in both light and dark, readable with a keyboard. The details are not polish applied at the end. They are the product.
